ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED, IF THE PRODUCT ARE AVAILABLE AND NOT ON PRE-ORDER (HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED). PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING.  

SHIPPING
ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND UPS.

ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE- INCLEMENT WEATHER, DISTANCE FROM SENDER, OR A VARIETY OF OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY MAKE THIS TIME LONGER. ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR TRACKING PLEASE CONTACT USPS WITH ANY ISSUES WITH DELIVERY TIMES.

PAYPAL ORDERS: Please make sure your PayPal address is correct. I have no way of knowing if your address is correct and will ship to address that is on your PayPal. 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: To ensure that your package reaches its destination, you must properly enter the correct shipping address in our store. We want to make sure you receive what you purchase. 

Overnight Shipping Policy as stated on website (FAQs) :

If order place after 10:00AM will not ship out the same business day. Please keep that in mind. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT VIA USPS, UPS, AND DHL. SHIPPING TIMES DEPEND ON FINAL DESTINATION COUNTRY.

WE TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE DUTIES ON OUR PRODUCTS REMAIN LOW- BUT IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER, SOME DUTIES MAY APPLY.

PRE- ORDERS

EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM HAS A DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION , BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RUSH OR EXPRESS SHIPPING- PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. PRE- ORDER CAN TAKE UP TO 2-3 WEEKS TO SHIP ( it will say in the description of the item). 

Tracking Your Order:

Once an order has been processed for shipment, your tracking number will be available in your order details by logging into your account. In addition, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your account with the updated tracking information.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER UNTIL ITEM HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND PREPARED FOR SHIPPING.
